I've just upgraded and lost all my old office standards! How can I get them back

I wouldn’t import your Work Environment from your old AC as you'll get a duplicate of your old custom palettes/menus etc.

You can also import your old AC palette scheme if you want.

None of your personal settings are saved when upgrading, so you’ll need to open your template in AC16 and you’ll be able to get back your personal template (this will need to have been saved in your prior AC software).
