Can I zoom in a particular element only?

How can I select and zoom into a specific element in my Revit BIM model

You could try to select “Group”, isolate in “View” and then “Zoom Extents”, not sure if this is what you wanted?

Revit to my knowledge doesn’t have such a feature ie. "zoom to selection" as 3dsMax.
