The DGC 5085 XL oven has a stainless steel front with CleanSteel finish. Steam generation outside inner cabinet and precise electronic temperature control from 40ºC to 100ºC to retain flavour, texture, colour and nutrients, no overcooking 40ºC to 225ºC in fan oven and Combi mode. Fan Plus for even baking results on up to 2 shelf levels, Conventional heat, Top heat, Bottom heat, Intensive bake, Full grill and Combi cooking with steam. Additionally, more than 150 automatic programmes, menu cooking, warming function, humidity sensor for automatic control of temperature/humidity conditions and high-precision food probe.

The DGC 5085 XL has Navitronic TouchControl: Intuitive navigation, large multi-language display, context-sensitive illumination of touchpads, numerical data entry block, application-specific operating modes, recommended temperature, 20-programme memory and numerous customising options.

The DGC 5085 XL has a CleanGlass bottom-hinged clear door, a load capacity of open door 8 kg and a door contact switch. 48 litre stainless steel oven cavity with PerfectClean and double halogen lighting. Also includes a full flush display, PerfectClean stainless steel cooking compartment, PerfectClean universal baking tray, PerfectClean rapid-release side runners and Cavity care programmes (Soak, Rinse, Dry, Descale).
