The DGC 5061 Combi Steam Oven has a stainless steel front with CleanSteel finish.

Steam cooking on up to 3 levels simultaneously, no transfer of taste between sweet and savoury dishes, and automatic programmes for steaming, roasting and baking over 90 different types of food. The DGC 5061 oven has a 2 litre stainless steel cabinet with halogen lighting, 6 rack levels and a bottom-hinged clear door.

The DGC 5061has retractable dials with illuminated surrounds and includes an array of displays including intuitive navigation, multi-language display, recommended temperature for all operating modes, display of actual temperature and numerous customising options.

Times similar to cooking on hob allow use of existing recipes, auto switch-off, time-of-day display with battery back-up, minute minder, start-stop programming, automatic switch-off. 90 minute water tank capacity, water level indicator and steam reduction.

Additionally, the DGC 5061 has a stainless steel inner cabinet with PerfectClean finish PerfectClean side racks with quick-release catches.
