The DG 3460 oven has a stainless steel front with CleanSteel finish.
Is ideal for vegetables, fish, side-dishes and desserts and has a wide range of applications (reheating, defrosting, bottling and disinfecting).

Steam is generated outside the inner cabinet and precise electronic temperature control from 40°C to 100°C to retain flavour, texture, colour and nutrients, no overcooking. Steam cooking on up to 3 levels simultaneously, no transfer of taste between sweet and savoury dishes.

The DG 3460 oven has a 20 litre stainless steel inner cabinet and 4 rack levels.
